On Heaven’s Time
“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”” Revelation 21:4 I was listening to Christian music and Homesick for Heaven by Phil Wickham came on. The line about walking with Moses on streets of gold hit me with a new thought. A thought about Chronos versus Kairos time and how it might relate to heaven. We know that God is not restricted by Chronos (chronological) time as we are. We also know that we were created in His image - perfect beings until the whole fruit on the tree in the Garden thing happened. We also know that when our time on earth is done, we will be restored to our full, complete, perfect being that God always intended for us to be.
